Rates & Times

We ship to the global running community. To keep things fair, we subsidise international shipping costs so you can spend more on your miles and less on postage.

Pre-Order Information

To maintain our local production standards and reduce waste, we sell our items on a pre-order basis. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit and help us reduce our carbon footprint.

• Dispatch Timeline: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be produced and dispatched from our NZ HQ.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Duties & Taxes (DDU)

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

The recipient is responsible for any local sales taxes or import duties required by their country. These are not included in your purchase unless stated above. These charges are the responsibility and liability of the purchaser. In some cases, due to external factors, postage delays may occur. Unfortunately, delays caused by insufficient delivery information or customs clearance are out of our control. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
